Today, they are saying that they can't do that and asked me to reinstall Windows suggesting that PC had a virus even though it was Kaspersky that acted as a protection right from the installation point. Their support is not up to scratch and if you get a problem, if it is not something simple(deleting temp files), they will blame it on you and your PC. You may be happy with the software and you can by it cheap but that is false economy.
